The risk is not yet. If the result of “being” has already been changed, bizsafe training is no longer a risk, it is an issue and can be managed separately. So basically – there is something of a risk, whatever, which happens to influence or change the desired or planned results. Saying that there are many different ways in the form of imagination, this can easily get confused.
“If rain today, field travel will be canceled” – The risk is that the rains occur. The effect is that plan bound travel is to be canceled. Risk handling ability and ability to analyze the impact can be identified, or are doing less or preparing alternatives, which will allow the original plan to succeed.
